Book A Pick Up

  • Once booked a date on the form, then we pick up your laundry, we weigh the clothes, if it is higher than the weight payed for then we would send a text message with the payment link only for the excess weight. (Excess weight 1 Kilo = ‘‘$6”)

    Once payment has gone through, We wash, dry and fold it, then deliver it back within 24 hours.
    Just choose your bag size, select your pickup date, leave your bag out — we handle the rest.

  • No. You can leave your bag at your doorstep or a safe spot.
    Just add simple pickup instructions in the “Pickup Notes” section.

  • We weigh your bag at pickup.
    If it’s over the selected weight, you’ll receive a quick SMS link to pay the difference before we start washing.

  • Place all clothes into a single bag — laundry bag, plastic bag, or any clean bag.
    We’ll return everything neatly folded in our branded packaging.

  • Everyday clothing, gym wear, underwear, socks, towels, and light linens.
    If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to message us.

  • No- we don’t seperate colours and whites, if you want your whites to be washed separately, then you can place another order and provide us only your white clothes in a seperate bag.
